Because our products are intended for laboratory research purposes, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been processed or shipped.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed.

To submit a request, please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the damaged or incorrect product

Requests should be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

If a product is temporarily out of stock but available for backorder, the order may be fulfilled once inventory becomes available.

Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, cancellations may not be possible.
